Not included: the touchscreen display, wall mounting, and any electrical or data cabling. We can quote all three, and we install in Melbourne ourselves.

Questions people ask before they buy.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. The unit uses it to receive your edits, take software updates and let us support it remotely. Ethernet is best; Wi-Fi works.
What screen do I need?
Any touchscreen with HDMI and USB touch. Commercial displays from 22 to 55 inches are typical for a foyer. If you don’t have one, we’ll quote a display that suits the spot.
Can I change tenants myself?
Yes, from any browser. Add, remove, rename and move tenants between levels and suites. If you’d rather send us the change, that’s covered by the yearly fee too.
What do you need from me to set it up?
A plan of each level (a PDF, a drawing, even a clear photo of the fire-evacuation diagram), your tenant list, your logo, and where the screen will be mounted so directions start from the right spot.
Does the $1,000 include installation?
It includes setting up your building in the software and shipping the configured unit. Mounting the screen and running power or data are separate; we’re licensed electricians and can quote that for Melbourne sites.
What if a tenant isn’t on the plan you sent?
Add them in the admin panel. If the building itself changes, such as a new level or a refit, send us the updated plan and we’ll rebuild that level as part of your yearly fee.
